You are 55 years of age or are about to become 55. Finding a senior discount that begins at 55 will bring you anywhere from five to ten years of additional savings.
Our mission is to bring on the savings! We don't think you should have to pay dues, fees, or subscription costs to find out about special discounts.
Some companies and organizations require membership or verification cards in order to take advantage of their 55+ discounts. That is fine, as long as it doesn't cost extra.
We plan to feature companies, retailers, and services which offer legitimate discounts to those age 55 and over on a regular basis and at no extra cost. Even if for only one day a week.
It is fine if a senior discount card is needed to secure a discount. As long as it is free to sign up for it. Having a retailer or company senior discount card does save time at checkout and often saves a degree of embarrassment when a customer doesn't have to prove his or her age.
The businesses, retailers, and services featured on our site are believed to fit our criteria of permanent or regularly scheduled legitimate discounts for those age 55 and up with no additional fees or hidden charges. If you find and prove any which do not, we will remove them.

If you know of a direct competitor which already offers a senior discount (even if it doesn't start until 60 or older), be sure to point that out to a manager or company official. When it comes to saving your hard earned money, it can literally pay to not be ashamed of your age.
Let a manager know that "I am 55 years old, and ABC Diner across the street offers a senior discount that doesn't start until 62. If (this place) were to offer a senior discount starting at age 55, I would have a reason to come here instead of going to ABC Diner for at least the next seven years. Would you like that?"
Or - "Neither this place nor the ABC Diner offers a senior discount. I am 55 years old and have found out that several restaurants around town already have discounts for me. Would you consider starting one?"
Or, if you prefer, e-mail us with the information about the business or service, and we will follow up for you. Of course, national or regional businesses will receive priority since establishing a 55+ discount would impact more people.
