Most of his focus over the past 20 years has been in the real estate and mortgage industries handling advertising and marketing for agents, offices, and corporations.
His real estate marketing experience includes personally writing more than 10,000 individual property ads for the "Real Estate Buyers Hotline" phone service which processed more than 150,000 calls from coast to coast, copy and direct response for Re/Max of Texas' "Re/Max Home Show" on Houston television, an exclusive weekly open house list for 7 years for an official publication of the Los Angeles Assn. of Realtors, and seminars for the Los Angeles CCIM Chapter.
He has also sold more than $12,000,000 worth of newspaper (including more than 40 of the nation's Top 100 newspapers), online, e-mail, and telephone advertising to mortgage lenders and brokers across the country through companies such as First In Promotions Inc. and Mortgage Market Information Services.
Prior, Mr. Kohl was a sports and news reporter for several radio stations, including the former WXFM and WMET in Chicago, and handled play-by-play of various professional, college, and high school, football and basketball games. His reports and interviews were picked up by Associated Press Radio and ABC Radio at various times throughout his career. Later, Kohl taught Radio Sportscasting and co-developed a Sports Play-By-Play course at Columbia College Chicago, where he taught for 7 semesters.
After creating content for his first web site in 1995, Dave Kohl continues to use the internet to bring his advertising and marketing concepts to his current and potential clients on a regular basis.
